'Your four day “journey” will be in idyllic surroundings of peace and beauty; all meals are provided for you and your accommodation is completely catered for enabling you to leave the “outer world” behind and focus on YOU. (Some team chores will be requested, assisting everyone to bond and heal within those energies). The course includes creative art, meditation, crystal bowl work, basic yoga and healing.

The group size is limited, ensuring that all feel safe and able to relax – this also ensures that everyone’s needs are met and fulfilled. This is a personal journey and therefore deserves to be respected as such.

Sanctuary of Angel Therapists will be available for extra individual support and healing for those that may require it.
